We all wonder what we can do to be and stay healthy in life, sometimes it really can just be common sense. Taking these health tips and applying them to your everyday life can make a world of difference.

1.) Exercise- There are scientific studies that our bodies need the exercise, such as walking, swimming or yoga. Staying active throughout the day can make a difference on our overall health. You’re more connected with your body if you take care of it and exercise, it just makes you feel healthier overall.
2.) Eating healthier- Families that have meals together are more likely to not have weight issues. What a great health tip? Cooking non fatty foods and eating more vegetables and fruits will keep you healthly. Eating less red meats and more turkey, fish and chicken is the healthiest. Families that are having meals together also get the downtime they need to chat about their day and stay in tune with what is going on.
3.) Before you start off your day, drink a tall glass of water, water is very vital for our bodies, it hydrates and replenishes it. Remember this health tip, drink 8, 8 ounces of water throughout the day,It will keep your skin hydrated and you can keep down the wrinkles as well. If you feel that you’re dying of thirst, then you’re already started the dehydrating process, so remember to drink your water!
4.) Get adequate rest at night, what I mean by adequate is at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Our minds cannot function properly as well as our bodies. If you’re not getting the appropriate amount of rest our brains do not get the right amount of oxygen to perform on a normal level. Studies show now that low levels of brain oxygen may increase Alzheimer’s risk.
5.) Break your bad habits- If you Smoke cigarettes try to make a commitment to quit, we know it causes cancer as well as many other diseases and health problems. It’s an addicting substance and it decreases your oxygen levels in your body and causes wrinkles earlier in your later years. If you can stop smoking it will make a difference in the way you feel and look. Drinking alcohol is another bad habit, it can be addicting as well, if you consume large amounts of alcohol everyday your liver is at risk for being damaged, and we need our liver to survive. Don’t drink, or smoke but drink water, it’s better for you!

Keeping a handle on your weight is a serious situation that should be kept under wraps, if you feel that you cannot get control of it I would suggest contacting a health advisor and get on a plan with some great health tips that will help you lose weight and keep it off for a healthier life.
9.) Positive mental outlook can do wonders for a person each and everyday, we are what we think about. Think of every day like it's your last, and live it to it's fullest. Having a positive attitude each and everyday make a big difference in your overall feeling as well as people are more attracted to that kind of personality rather than depressed withdrawn people.
10.) The final health tip is to get regular checkups at your primary doctors and specialists yearly. Keeping up with your health is very important, if you don't take care of you, who will?? You are number #1
