A trip through the Scandinavian Fjords is an amazing trip indeed, cruise along and view the enchanting Oslo Fjord from your ship, or take a land trip to Geriranger and see the waterfalls cascading into the fjord there. Sail past the ancient Trondenes church and breakfast at Harstad, or spend the afternoon shopping in Norway. View many of the islands in the area and see their wildlife from the water, whatever you choose, there is so much to see and the landscapes are beautiful.

Choose St Petersburg as your destination, and you could be seeing cascading waterfalls, and gilded cities, the Baltic landscape is carved by the ocean and seeing this region by cruise is really the best way. See wonderful fishing villages and marinas with yachts moored in them, enjoy freshly caught fish in local restaurants or on board ship. When you reach St Petersburg you will find it’s perhaps the most Russian of the European cities. It’s beautiful architecture is incredible to see and a trip to the Peter and Paul Cathedral where all the Russian emperors and empresses from Peter himself to Alexander the III are buried is very worth while. On your way to St Petersburg, you could be taking in Holland, Germany, Poland, Finland, Sweden and Denmark as well if you desire.

Perhaps you’d like to stay even closer to home and choose a cruise around the beautiful unspoilt coastlines of the United Kingdom. Take in England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the Channel Islands. From two night cruises to those lasting two weeks, there is plenty to see along the way. Begin your trip with a night in England’s capital city London before heading down to Southampton to board your ship. Visit Cork and Dublin in Ireland and see some of the wild Irish coastline. Liverpool in England was a great port when travelling from Ireland once, and you can see it from your ship as many have before. Sail on up the coast and see many of the ports and coastline of Britain that is beautiful and gets more rugged as you reach Scotland.

Choose a short two night taster to Bruges, to learn what cruising is all about. Begin with a buffet lunch on board the ship and settle into your rooms, take a stroll around the deck and enjoy the views as you gently begin your journey. Later on enjoy drinks and dinner, and experience all that goes on aboard a luxury cruise ship. Stand and look out at the wonderful coasts and seas in the daytime, and the unspoilt stars and skies at night as you Sail to Bruges.
