We should prepare an outline of the article, which we want to write about. This will help bringing the concept of the article into sharper focus. This outline includes a heading, introduction, body and the conclusion. Always decide on the content of the article in advance. We should always compile a list of possible sources for us to consult. This can include documents, newspapers and people we talk to.
The introduction part brings out the problem you will be talking in your article or write a short story of your experience with the problem. The body will discuss all the methods of solution to the problem you encountered in the introduction. Break up each point into separate paragraphs and keep them to about 7 lines. Efforts should be spent on ensuring it flows well by clearly identifying the problem, providing a method of solution and concluding with an action step or steps. Get someone else to read it over. Often they will find the mistakes that you missed.
