People who have to take long flights should prepare for the trip way ahead of time. Plan the things you would want to do during the long flight and bring your necessities with you like books you want to read, documents that are overdue or music you have long wanted to listen to. Also make it a point to wear comfortable apparel and to bring slippers to wear during the long flight.
