It is quite common to suffer from lack of energy, and when one does not have enough energy to do things it leaves one feeling drained frustrated. Sometimes, the problem may be no worse than being physically drained of energy. Smiling and also taking deep breaths is another way of bringing our attention back to the present. Also, we should also give thanks to what we have in the present. We should also try and focus our eyes on a particular object, like a flower or bird.
No doubt, these are simple actions that on face value may not make you confident that they will in fact be of any help to you. However, these are very effective steps that will help you recall your lost energy, which you may have left in different places and that can only be retrieved through following these simple steps. All that is also required is continuing these steps for some time and before you know it, you will feel that the lost energies have returned, which will then make you feel more invigorated and less distracted.
Living in the present is obviously the key to remaining energetic. Regaining the lost energy helps one to have more peace of mind and a healthier body, mind and soul.
